TN Startup Law is a boutique firm serving small and medium-sized companies — particularly technology companies — across Tennessee. We combine the substantive depth of a large firm with the pace and price a growing company actually needs.
Our clients are founders, operators, and leadership teams who want a lawyer who understands the business, not just the contract in front of them. We work with them long enough to learn the shape of the company, and to become genuinely useful.
Philosophy
Good legal work is quiet. It makes the deal close, the round land, the product ship. We favor clear judgment over long memos, and durable structures over one-off answers.
We take on a small number of clients so each one gets the attention that partnership implies — and we say so when a matter is better handled somewhere else.
